Quick Info SAP: CHA148 Categories: Tag:

CHEMITOOL Band Saw Blades are produced in bimetallic alloy steel, with teeth on carbide inserts, for extremely hard work

Description

ADVANTAGES

  • Carbide Teeth
  • High cutting performance
  • Width from 27 to 54mm
  • Thickness from 0,9 to 1,6mm
  • Uniform welding
  • Resistance to breakage
  • Long tool life

The CHEMITOOL bimetallic band saw blade is developed with the most advanced technology to increase strength and minimize breakages.

The geometry of the carbide teeth, manufactured with high quality carbide teeth provides great resistance to heating and wear. Special tooth geometry for plates and tubes, with 0º neutral strike. It allows a longer life and better surface finish
when cutting difficult to cut materials, helping to minimize noise and vibration from the first cut in the correct application.

Neutral Tooth (0º), suitable for solid and hollow sections.

Extremely versatile, cuts a wide range of materials, from low carbon steels and high strength alloys. The advanced design of the band saw blade makes it possible to cut a variety of applications such as square tubing, sheet metal, thick-walled tubes, solid bars and round solids.

The use of lubrication in the cutting process will increase the service life and reduce bandsaw heat, and should never be overlooked.
