Description

ADVANTAGES

  • Great quality/value ratio
  • Available in HSS and HSS 8% Co
  • Two types of thread
  • Break resistant
  • Easy fit to hole saw
  • Long tool life

CHEMITOOL hole saw arbor with pilot drill are prepared for virtually every type of hole saw on the market, available in two types of receptions, 5/8” x 18 and 1/2” x 20.

They are equipped with two types of pilot drills, high speed steel and high-speed steel with 8% cobalt, the latter more suitable for jobs where it is necessary to guide in harder materials (stainless steel, for example).

The fittings/arbor are solidly built to sustain the pressure exerted by the power tool, meaning that there is no loss of energy when drilling and that the cutting process is continuous.

It is important to note that hole saws must be applied at a 90º angle to the contact surface.

In situations where the workpiece does not have support, it must be held firmly in a clamp or vise, to prevent it from being displaced, thus avoiding its breakage or rotation together with the hole saw.

Packaged on an individual hanger with holes for display.
