The CHEMITOOL bimetallic band saw blade is developed with the most advanced technology to increase strength and minimize breaks.

The filament of the specially coated teeth, produced in M42 high speed steel provides great resistance to heat and wear. Increased performance, with preground cutting edges, allowing faster progress in the cutting process, as well as minimising noise and vibration from the first cut on the correct application.

Positive tooth (6º), especially suitable for pipes and profiles.

Extremely versatile, it cuts a wide variety of materials, from low carbon steels to high strength alloys. The advanced design of the band makes it possible to cut a variety of applications, such as angled, round pipe, square stacked pipe, beams, thin wall pipe, square pipe and thick wall pipe.

The use of lubrication in the cutting process will increase the service life and reduce bandsaw heat, and should never be overlooked.
