CHEMITOOL Ceramic Oxide Grain Flap Disc guarantees a high removal of the material in thicker grains and a good quality of surface polishing in finer grains, without wearing out the disc. The cooling aids also allow the use on stainless steel and mild steel surfaces. The stability during the polishing process is guaranteed thanks to the support material that is composed of vulcanized fiber.
CHEMITOOL Ceramic Oxide Grain Flap Disc with conical format, has a narrower grinding area to eliminate weld beads, chamfering and deburring.
To make the most of the abrasive flaps, you should work at a contact angle with the surface from 10° to 25°.
