CHEMISOL Zinc Spray is an anti-corrosive with high density and large covering capacity.

Description

INDICATIONS

  • The surface must be clean, dry and degreased
  • Remove old and loose varnish, rust and sand the surface
  • The spray must be at room temperature. The best temperature of use is between 15°C and 25°C
  • Before use, shake the spray can for 2 minutes and spray a sample
  • The distance to the surface to be treated should be approximately 25 to 30 centimetres

Application

APPLICATIONS

Recommended for galvanized and untreated steel. For metal surfaces protection against corrosion.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Apply CHEMISOL Zinc Spray in several thin layers, and wait at least 5 minutes between each one. Before applying the next layer, shake the spray can again. When desired, after the zinc spray is dry, you can use a varnish layer.
  • After use, clean the valve (turn the can upside down and press the nozzle for approximately 5 seconds until only gas comes out).
  • The drying time depends on the room temperature, air humidity and thickness of the product applied.
