CHEMITOOL Fiberglass Mesh 160 G/M² is made from 100% fiberglass yarns impregnated with specially formulated resins, providing excellent mechanical strength, durability, and resistance to alkalis. Its soft and flexible structure makes it easy to incorporate into virtually any type of coating.

 

Description

  • Reinforces plaster coatings with thicknesses between 2 and 15 mm.
  • Increases resistance to cracking.
  • Reduces and redistributes stress concentrations.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

  • Reinforcement of waterproofing systems using cement-based mortars.
  • Reinforcement of screeds made with lime-based products.
  • Waterproofing with polyurethane-based products.
  • Waterproofing with two-component products based on cement and resins.
  • Also suitable for reinforcing coatings up to 15 mm thick, such as plaster and manually applied or spray-applied render, for indoor and outdoor use.
