The CHEMITOOL bimetallic band saw blade is developed with the most advanced technology to increase strength and minimize breakages.
The carbide tooth geometry, manufactured with high quality carbide teeth provides great resistance to heating and wear. Special tooth geometry for plates and tubes, with positive rake. Special locking pattern causes an increase of the cutting channel, preventing materials with residual stresses from pressing the saw blade. Thus allowing longer life and better surface finish when cutting difficult to cut materials, helping to minimize noise and vibration from the first cut in the correct application.
Positive tooth, open shape, suitable for solid and hollow sections.
Ideal for long cutting lengths.
Extremely versatile, cuts a wide variety of materials, from low carbon steels to high strength alloys. The advanced design of the band, makes it possible to cut a variety of applications, such as square tubing, sheet metal, thick-walled tubes, solid bars and round solids.
The use of lubrication in the cutting process will increase the service life and reduce bandsaw heat, and should never be overlooked.
