CHEMITOOL hole saws are prepared for all types of drilling, this being the product indicated for quick drilling and excellent material removal.
The number of teeth per inch in constant/fine format (10 teeth per inch) allows holes to be drilled with a perfect finish, especially in metals such as stainless steel, steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. This saw is suitable for large hole drilling jobs in more confined places.
Bimetallic hole saws have been developed to withstand high pressures during the work process, thus helping to ensure a constant cut. Adequate working speed/revolutions per minute is essential for increasing the lifetime of the hole saw, and it should always be used at a 90º angle to the contact surface.
In situations where the workpiece does not have support, it must be held firmly in a clamp or vise, to prevent it from being displaced, thus avoiding its breakage or rotation together with the hole saw.
The use of lubrication for metal applications should not be neglected, as it helps to dissipate the heat caused by the friction of the teeth on the piece, increasing the final quality of the work and the longevity of the hole saw.
Packed in sealed blister with perforation for display.
