The CHEMITOOL bimetallic band saw blade is developed with the most advanced technology to increase strength and minimize breaks.
The filament of the teeth, produced in M42 high speed steel provides great resistance to heating and wear. The cutting angle can vary in neutral tooth and positive tooth, increasing the penetration, allowing a faster advance in the cutting process, as well as minimizing the noise and vibration since the first cut in the correct application.
Neutral tooth (0º), indicated for tubes and profiles.
Positive tooth (10º), especially suitable for solid sections.
Teeth with a wear resistance hardness of about 67-69 HRC.
Extremely versatile, it cuts a wide variety of materials, from low carbon steels to high strength alloys. The advanced design of the band saw blades, makes it possible to cut a variety of applications such as: profiles, solids, beams, thin-walled tubes, thick-walled tubes, round solids, square tube, square solids and sandwich panels.
The use of lubrication in the cutting process will increase the service life and reduce bandsaw heat, and should never be overlooked.
