Description
ADVANTAGES
- Teeth in 10% Co (M51)
- High cutting performance
- Width from 27 to 80mm
- Thickness from 0,9 to 1,6mm
- Uniform welding
- Resistance to breakage
- Long tool life
The filament of the teeth, produced in M51 high speed steel provides great resistance to heating and wear. Special tooth geometry for plates and tubes, with positive attack of 10º. Increasing penetration, allowing faster progress in the cutting process, as well as minimizing noise and vibration from the first cut in the correct application.
Positive tooth (10º), especially indicated for massive sections.
Teeth with a wear resistance hardness of about 67-69 HRC.
Extremely versatile, cuts a wide variety of materials, from low carbon steels to high strength alloys. The advanced band saw blade design makes it possible to cut a variety of applications, such as square tubing, sheet metal, thick-walled tubes, solid bars and round solids.
The use of lubrication in the cutting process will increase the service life and reduce bandsaw heat, and should never be overlooked.
