The CHEMITOOL HSS drill is made entirely of high-speed steel, prepared for drilling in metals with a hardness up to 800N/mm2, according to DIN 338.

The main characteristic of this metal spiral drill bit its drilling, which can be used for widening or countersinking thanks to its 118º attack angle.

Due to its manufacturing process, this drill is defined by being more flexible, allowing its use in more diverse materials (plastics, PVC and other composites).

The use of lubrication in the drilling process will increase the service life and reduce the heating of the drill, this application should not be forgotten when drilling materials with a high hardness and abrasion.
