INDICATIONS

Store the original package tightly closed, upright, in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, away from sources of heat and humidity. The product is valid for 12 months if kept in its original packaging and in accordance with the storage conditions.

APPLICATION

Recommended for application on natural stone, cement, tiles, unglazed tiles, brick, plaster, and other porous surfaces. The durability of the product depends on the application, the surface and exposure to atmospheric agents, humidity, and frost/thawing, among others.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Dilution: Ready to apply.

Application Method: Brush, roller, sprayer, or gun.

Performance: 8 to 10 m2/ litre / coat. These values are indicative only, depending on the applicator and porosity of the surface.

PREPARATION

The surfaces must be very clean and dry, degreased.
The application must be carried out in dry weather. The surfaces must be very dry (risk of becoming whitish on contact with humidity).
If the surface is contaminated with algae or moss, it should be rinsed with CHEMICLEAN – CLEANING ROOFS AND FACADE (SAP: CHC24040101).

APPLICATION

Carefully remove the packaging.
It must be applied by spraying the surface to avoid the dispersion of the product, in smaller areas it can be applied with a brush.
Apply two or three coats of HYDROFUGANT ROOFS AND FACADES, in order to impregnate the surface.
On very porous surfaces, it may be necessary to increase the amount of product.

SAFETY INFORMATION

In general, avoid contact with eyes and skin, and wear gloves, goggles, and appropriate clothing. Keep out of reach of children. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Do not empty into drains. Do not ingest the product.
