INDICATIONS
Cleaning: Stained materials and tools should be cleaned quickly with CHEMIFOAM Polyurethane Foam Cleaner. The hardened product is only eliminated mechanically.
Shelf Life: 15 months after production date if stored at room temperature. Protect from direct sun light. Store at temperature between 0ºC and +30ºC.
Application
APPLICATIONS
Recommended for sealing and caulking doors, windows and blinds boxes, filling hollow spaces, pipe passage through walls, ceilings and prefabricated. Applicable on almost all substrates such as concrete, plaster, wood, plastic. Various insulations in construction and reconstruction.
INSTRUCTIONS
The surfaces to be applied must be clean, free of dust and grease. Application temperature is between +0 °C to +35 °C.
Application with foam gun:
1º Shake the can strongly for 30 seconds.
2º Twist and install specialized dosage trigger on the can.
3º Install the foam gun on the can.
4º Turn the can upside down and press the trigger.
5º Moisturising the ground and released foam is strongly advised.
6º Moisturising accelerates reaction and ensures a productive result.
7º For later applications, foam residue should be removed from the gun and valve.
8º Fresh foam residue can be cleaned by using CHEMIFOAM Polyurethane Foam Cleaner.
9º Cured Foam can be cleaned mechanically.
10º Since foam tenders to expand, proper quantities should be used.
11º Can be shaved, sandpapered and painted after it get hardens in 1 or 3 hours.
