Applications

Recommended for collage of thermal insulation panels in polystyrene and decorative elements of construction of light materials, such as EPS/XPS and polystyrene shades and also fill gaps and cavities.
The adhesive foam is ideal for the construction of retaining walls, dividing walls, cardboard gesso, plywood, shades, annexes and a wide range of other tijolo or block structures.
It is used for mounting and fixing decorative wood.
Installation of constructive elements in wood, decorative fittings in wood, cardboard gesso plates, moldings, baseboards and panels.
Suitable for adding polystyrene bricks and polystyrene foams.
Perfectly adheres various materials such as stone, concrete, metal, wood, glass, mirror, aluminum, ceramics, cardboard gesso. It is easily used for bonding door and window frames, cornices, insulation panels, bathroom fittings, roof and terrace materials.
For casting granite, marble, natural stone, travertine and ceramics.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

PREPARATION

The application temperature is between -2 °C and +30 °C. For a more effective application and expansion, the packaging must be at a temperature of +20 °C. It should be kept at room temperature for at least 12 hours before application.
Shake can vigorously for approximately 1 minute before use, with valve turned low.
Screw the applicator or gun onto the valve of the foam can.

APPLICATION

You should always keep the can head to the bottom during application.
It is recommended to moisten the area before applying the foam, humidity speeds up the cure time, better adhesion and guarantees a better result.
Apply to foam by pressing the trigger, not material to be cast in horizontal and vertical strips 2-3 cm long. The application surface must be 5 cm inside the edges. Wait 1 minute after applying the foam and you can join the surfaces. If the material is heavy, it must be clamped at the end of the cure. The application can be corrected in 5 minutes.
When the application is interrupted for a period between 5 and 10 minutes, it is necessary to clean the gun, using CHEMIFOAM POLYURETHANE FOAM CLEANING SPRAY.

CLEANING

The fresh foam can be cleaned with the CHEMIFOAM POLYURETHANE FOAM CLEANING SPRAY, just like the gun used in the application.
A cured foam may be mechanically clean.

PAINT

Once cured, the foam can be cut, sanded, plastered or painted.

RESTRICTIONS OF USE
Adheres to all construction materials except silicone, teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene. Due to the large variety of possible substrates, a prior compatibility test is recommended.
