CHEMITOOL annular cutter for magnetic drill machines is totally ground in M2 high-speed steel, prepared for drilling in metals with a hardness up to 900N/mm2.

The spiral-shaped drill for metal has as main characteristic, the drilling of large diameters with only one passage, thus eliminating the use of several drills to perform the same work.

The use of lubrication in the drilling process, increases the drilling life and reduces the heating of the annular cutter, this application should not be discarded when drilling materials with a high hardness and abrasion.

The annular cutter for magnetic drill machines with the length 55mm should be used with the pilot drill of 102mm to perform the removal of the excess of cut lodged inside.
